How do I use my Whiteboard gift card?
Upon adding all desired items to your cart and navigating to Checkout, enter your gift card number into the text field labeled "gift card" and click "Apply." Credits cards will only be necessary if your total is greater than the gift card amount. If that is the case, please be sure to enter and apply the gift card prior to entering other forms of payment to avoid charging your credit card for the total amount.
Do I have to use my gift card all at once?
No. There is no expiration date on the gift card, and it can used until all the funds have run out.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Once your order is successfully submitted, you can expect to receive it within 5-7 business days. Shipments can be delayed due to holidays.
How do I track my order?
Within your confirmation email, click on the "View your order" link and a new window will open that contains information about your order including your tracking number. You will also receive a separate email from SwagUp once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number.
I need to exchange an item for a different size. How can I do that?
To exchange an item, please complete Swag Shop Customer Service Form. Upon filling out the form, HR will contact you to go over details and the item’s availability before the order exchange is processed. Please refer to the exchange/return terms and conditions on the Whiteboard Federal Swag Shop website.
I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email.
If you haven't received any email updates about your order, please check your spam folder. If it has been more than 24 hours since the order was placed and you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact HR at hr@whiteboardfederal.com.
There is an item missing from my order, what should I do?
If you received your package and an item is missing, please let us know as soon as possible and fill out the Swag Shop Customer Service Form. Upon receiving the form, HR will contact you to go over details and the item’s availability to correct the order.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
If you received an incorrect item, you can request a replacement for the same item by completing the Swag Shop Customer Service Form.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
If you received a damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement for the same item by completing the Swag Shop Customer Service Form. Please note that photos of the damaged item is required as well.
My size isn't available, what should I do?
The swag shop’s inventory is available on a first come, first served basis. Whiteboard will be adding additional swag and sizes to the store throughout the year as available and pending supply chain availability. Whiteboard will also potentially add sizes and new swag items in conjunction with company events.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Orders flow immediately over to the warehouse for processing.
Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be amended once placed.
When will there be new items?
Whiteboard does not have a set schedule for release of new swag, but we are monitoring supply chains and will add new items to the swag shop periodically.
