Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges/Returns Terms and Conditions:

No returns (unless order is damaged)

No exchanges after 30 days

All exchanges must be for the same item

All exchanges must be returned within 30 days upon receiving return shipping label (sent to employee via email)

All exchanges will be sent back to original order address on file

Limit of 3 returns/exchanges over the customer lifecycle (anything after that must be approved by Whiteboard HR)

All items must be returned in original condition with original stickers/tags

If an exchange item is out-of-stock, employee will be offered store credit for another item
- Complete the Swag Shop Customer Service Form and send to HR to:
- Initiate exchanges
- Exchange damaged items (photo of damaged item must to included with form submission)
- Report receipt of incorrect items
- Report items missing from your order
