Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges/Returns Terms and Conditions:

  • No returns (unless order is damaged)

  • No exchanges after 30 days 

  • All exchanges must be for the same item

  • All exchanges must be returned within 30 days upon receiving return shipping label (sent to employee via email)

  • All exchanges will be sent back to original order address on file

  • Limit of 3 returns/exchanges over the customer lifecycle (anything after that must be approved by Whiteboard HR)

  • All items must be returned in original condition with original stickers/tags

  • If an exchange item is out-of-stock, employee will be offered store credit for another item

  • Complete the Swag Shop Customer Service Form and send to HR to:
    • Initiate exchanges
    • Exchange damaged items (photo of damaged item must to included with form submission)
    • Report receipt of incorrect items
    • Report items missing from your order
